Yes. Founder cost is $0. The free tools need no account, and there is no fee for the match or the introduction. You keep your brief whether you hire through us or not.
Then how does IconDevs make money?
On the delivery side, with the teams — never by charging founders and never by selling your information. Your side of the table stays free and unbiased, which is the whole point: we have no reason to push you toward a team that does not fit.
Why don't I see the team's name before the call?
Top teams do not want their names on public lead-gen boards — a public listing signals a pipeline gap, so the best teams avoid them. We protect each team's identity until you accept the discovery call. That is how we keep the bench high-quality.
What happens after I submit a brief?
We read it, pick the one team whose specialty, stack, rate, and stage fit, and make the introduction — typically within 48 hours. You meet that team on a 30-minute discovery call. No shortlist to crawl, no inbox full of pitches.
Do I have to hire the team you match me with?
No. The introduction is the start of a conversation, not a commitment. If the fit is not right, tell us and we recalibrate. You are never locked in.
